J Arthur Sealcoating & Contracting LLC is a small business owned by Lowville native, Jordan Arthur.

Jordan began his career sealcoating driveways during high school, utilizing his father’s truck and five-gallon buckets of sealer. He also engaged in roofing and contracting work on weekends, diligently saving funds to acquire his first sealcoating trailer. Following his high school graduation, he expanded his operations by taking on plowing jobs, leveraging the equipment he had procured, all while maintaining a full-time job during the day and a part-time job at night. Jordan continuously reinvested in his business, enhancing his skills and expertise. The success of J Arthur Sealcoating & Contracting LLC can be attributed to the support and opportunities provided by the community, assistance from family and friends, and his unwavering dedication and hard work.
